I processed this sound by placing the cap of an empty small water bottle on my forehead with my palm. I vibrated my palm against the bottle to create the woodpecker sound. I added some reverb to give the illusion that this takes place in a bird sanctuary, or a rainforest.

I nice little flowing river sound i recorded while at muir woods outside of san fransisco. The sound can be looped to sound continuous for as long as is needed. I like it because it fills up a lot of the frequency spectrum, so it can be great for adding ambience.

These are the ambient sounds of a sailboat underway. You hear the sounds of wind-filled sails, the tugs on line, and boat parts movement as the boat is moving through the water under a steady wind. You can hear when the boat changes direction from being close hauled to more down wind. The zoom h4n digital recorder was used in collecting this sound. Enjoy.

Third in a series of 3 consecutive recordings of the sound of summer birdsong in a suburban english setting. This one prominently features the sound of water flushing through an outside kitchen drain into an alleyway. Common suburban evening birdsong can be heard clearly throughout with distant traffic noise in the background. A bubbling sound which makes an excellent loop for a background sound effect. Like a scientist's lab, or a wizard's cauldron bubbling away. I've also thought it would be a cool sort of futuristic bubble car kind of sound as well as it floats along. Anyway, use your imagination and apply it to whatever you want. I made the sound by flicking my lips with my finger, but it makes a great bubble sound.
